How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve by booking directly through our website or by calling us.
How does check-in and check-out work?
Check-in is between 3:00PM and 10:00PM. It is done completely virtually. You will receive a code to get into your apartment via email. Do not arrive early at your vacation rental; we need this time to prepare your vacation home for your stay. Check-out is at 11 a.m. sharp. Again, we need this time to prepare the vacation rental for the next guest.
Can we have an early check-in? Or late departure?
That depends. Back-to-back rentals require a tight schedule from our crews. At other times, we may be able to arrange something ahead of time for a small fee. Fees are used to compensate the people who do the work to prepare your vacation rental to adapt their schedules or hire more help. However, please do not call for early arrivals and late departures on the day of arrival or departure at your vacation rental. We will not be able to accommodate you and you will be charged an extra day’s rent for late departures.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation if you cancel by 6:00PM two days before your scheduled arrival. If canceling after that, a fee will be charged.
Is there parking available?
There is street parking near all the apartments. Some are metered. Our condos do not offer parking on-site.
Is there a property manager that I can contact?

Are your vacation rentals accessible?
That depends on the unit and your needs. Please inquire. We’ll try to put you in a unit that suits your needs.
Do you allow pets?
None of our units allow pets.
Are there any special packages or promotions available?

Is Housekeeping provided?
While we thoroughly clean our units between guests, we do not offer housekeeping during your stay. Please inquire if you would like to add housekeeping for a fee. The fee varies depending on room type and is usually around $200.
Do all your buildings have pool access?
Hispaniola Apartments does not have pool access. However, it is a 5-minute walk from the beach.
What type of internet is available?
Every vacation rental has high-speed wireless internet.
Can we smoke on the balcony or the patio, or inside with the windows open?
All units are strictly nonsmoking. Smoking is never allowed inside any of our properties. Smoking in a unit is a cause for eviction. If a unit has a balcony, you are allowed to smoke on the balcony.
